Friday 8th – Monday 11th August, 2025 @ SCRAP Margate.

Moving from London to Margate four years ago was quite a culture shock for me. I always found comfort in the anonymity that being a citizen of London offers. 

Communities like Margate are fuelled and enriched by the quiet conversations we share with the people we build relationships with. This show is the beginning of an exploration into the culture surrounding the interpersonal dynamics rooted in the information we choose to share or withhold about others and ourselves.

Having the opportunity to create something for Pride weekend in Margate was beyond special. Approximately 11,000 people attended Margate Pride, over double the number of the previous year. Thank you to SCRAP for having me, and to everyone who took the time to attend.
